Step 1- When a participant is not seeing a page that you have pushed through the co-browser, try this.
- Make sure that Follow Me is turned on.
- In the Menu Bar, click on Administration
- Click on Send Current Page
- You may also press on the F2 Function key as a keyboard shortcut.
