Dial-Up users or slow internet connections may choose to follow the instructions below.

Step 1 - From the file menu, click on Open Recordings.

Step 2 - In the box that appears:

• Click on the recorded presentation you want to view
• Click on Preview

Step 3 - The presentation is opened in the web conference room.

• This example was a Power Point Presentation
• The recorded text chat area is displayed on the right side.
• The live text chat is on the left side.

Step 4 - You may also replay the presentation directly from your computer. Go to Windows Explorer, and then:

• Double-click on My Conference Recordings to open the file
• Locate and double-click on the name of the file you want to view

Step 5 - Now you see the contents of the Recorded Presentation. Out of the 6 files shown, 2 are important.

• To listen to the audio only, double-click on the file ending with .mp3 to initiate your audio player.
• To view the entire presentation, double click on the file ending with .htm to start it playing in a new browser window.
