Step 1 - You can also send a private message to individuals in the web conference room without others reading it. Here's how to do this.
- Right-click with your mouse on the person's name.
- In the box that appears, click on the first item that says "Send a private message."
Step 2 - Type your message to that person in the lower white area of the box as shown above, then click on Send.
Step 3 - The typed message moves into the chat area. This indicates the person has received your message.
Step 4 - When that person has answered, you will see their name in your task bar at the bottom of your screen, and you should hear a sound when it arrives. Click on it to open the message.
Step 5 - Now you see their response to your message. Continue your "instant message" conversation, however, please give your attention to the presenter.
