Step 1 - You may have received an email similar to the one above, inviting you to attend an online meeting. Click on the link in the email or copy & paste it into the address line of your browser and click on "Go".

Whether by email, instant message or by phone, the link you receive will always be in this format:

http://RoomOwnerName.scybermeeting.com

A couple of items to note about the link:

• There is not a www. in the link
• RoomOwnerName = the presenter's name or company name
• ScyberMeeting is singular (not "ScyberMeetings" plural as in this website)
  

Step 2 - You will be directed to a ScyberMeeting Room Login page that looks like the above.

Never Been Here Before?

Here's what this page includes:

1) Room Title of the Owner
2) Room Description informs you of how this room is used
3) Type in your name here
4) Enter the password given you by the presenter
5) Participants already in the room
6) Click on "Enter Room" to enter
7) Before entering the room for the 1st time, you will need to download a small software "plug-in" which allows you to talk, type & listen in the web conference rooms.

Step 3 - Go to ScyberMeetings.com/Talkcom which looks like the page above. Click on Download Talkcom. When Finished, close that page and you will be taken back to the page in Step 2 above.
