Step 1- The speaker may continue talking through the web conference room even though using another application on the computer. This is useful when referring to an email, document or other application. No one attending the webinar knows that the speaker is viewing something different than what they are seeing.
- From Menu Bar, click on Actions
- Click on Global Talk Key
- Checkmark indicates that feature is "on"
- Keyboard shortcut for this feature is Alt-G
This feature is temporarily changed through Actions, however the default is set through the Options Menu - Configure Talk Key. See this tutorial for instructions.

Step 2- To disable Global Talk Key where you can only be heard when in the web conference room, repeat the process as above:
- From Menu Bar, click on Actions
- Click on Global Talk Key
- Checkmark disappears indicating the feature is "off"
- Keyboard shortcut for this feature is again the Alt+G
