As you speak into a microphone, your voice is digitized and sent out to all participants in the web conference room. This can be done all over the world, as long as each participant is in front of their computer. If someone doesn't have a microphone, they can listen and type into the text chat area.

No more long distance charges to talk to a friend or family member halfway across the world.

When the conference room is full, other listeners may tap in by phone with the use of a simple device operated by the moderator of the web conference room.

OR... the room can be expanded within minutes to accommodate larger-than-expected crowds. You may also reduce the room size again. This is referred to as "on-demand."

On-Demand

Our on-demand option differs from the typical monthly flat-rate services. Here, you pay only for the number of seats occupied in the conference room during a given hour. Perhaps you only need a room for a 2-hour board meeting scheduled once a month, planned for 12 people. Three board members don't show. With on-demand, you pay for only 9 people and for the time used in the room.

For those who want daily access to their web conference rooms, it is always available and you are only paying for time and seats actually used.

PowerPoint Presentations

As a participating guest, you can view the PowerPoint Presentation that the speaker is referring to. The visual on the screen keeps your attention and accelerates learning.

As a presenter in the web conference room, there are 3 easy ways to present PowerPoints. The most fun is on the whiteboard where you can highlight the area that you are speaking about, and draw or type as you speak.

Share Desktop Programs

Anything on your desktop can be shared with your participants in these web conference rooms. Easily share your entire desktop, a specific application, or just a region of your screen. Then, point to what you're talking about for complete clarity. Viewers will see everything that the speaker types or demonstrates from their computer.

Integrated Whiteboard

The latest and greatest feature today in state-of-the-art web conference rooms allows you to bring documents, PowerPoint presentations and photos onto the whiteboard to draw on, highlight, and type into. You can even leave messages for team members to view later when they login. Great tool for announcing practices, meetings, or change of schedules.

Recording by Moderators and Guests

Never miss a training, meeting or presentation again. Turn on the recorder so you can watch the presentation any time or as often as you want. When you can't be at your computer to record - don't worry! The event will usually be recorded by the moderator and archived on a specific website, or in the web conference room. Other participants who recorded it, can send you the file via email to download. Moderators have the option to allow or disallow recording features by event.

Global & Private Text Chat

Type your comments and questions into the Public Text Chat area, or send a private message to any individual in the room. Perhaps you have a suggestion or question for the moderator, and don't want the entire group to see it. Send the moderator a private message.

Synchronized Web Browsing

Want to show your guests several pages of a website, or several websites? Our Follow-Me feature allows the participants in the room to see every page that the moderator enters into the browser, and the links that are clicked on.

In most cases, secure, password-protected pages can be accessed in order to provide training of back office areas. Your audience will not see every keystroke but they'll be able to follow along as the page advances.

Public or Private Access

Use various passwords to allow different group members access to the room at different times. Through the administration area, set your room for public access with a previously distributed password, and change the password for paid or restricted events. You may also lock the room once all invited members have arrived.

Document Storage Center

Save documents, price lists, graphs, PowerPoint presentations, photographs, contracts, sales aids, checklists, just about anything in the document center. Other moderators that you've given access to, can come in to present just like yourself, using the same tools. Impromptu presentations are easy when all your materials are already stored in the document center of the web conference room.

Recording Playback

Create your presentation one time. Come into the conference room, find your recorded presentation, push play and it's like you are giving it live. When someone has a question, push pause, interact with the group, then push play again. No one knows that you aren't speaking live. Play videos and audios in the room, pausing at intervals to discuss or answer questions.
