Dial-Up users or slow internet connections may choose to follow the instructions below.

Step 1- This feature would be used when a participant or moderator has left their computer, the presentation is over, and the moderator wants to close the web conference room, or start another online meeting. 

A participant may be recording the webinar while multi-tasking. The moderator can "kick out" the person, ending their recording. The recording will still be saved on their computer. To disconnect one user only, follow the directions below.

• In the listing of participants or moderators, left click on the person's name
• From the Menu Bar, click on Adminstration
• Click on Disconnect Selected User
• The person's name will disappear

Step 2- In the event a user was not selected before trying to disconnect them, this error message will appear. Simply select the user's name and repeat the process above in Step 1.

Step 3- The user will see this message on their computer.

Step 5- When the the pop-up box appears"

• Click on Disconnect Selected User
• Name will disappear

Step 6- When there is more than one user left in the room, the moderator can disconnect all at one time:

• From the Menu Bar, click on Adminstration
• Click on Disconnect All Users
• All names will disappear

Step 7- Method 2 - In the Participant & Moderator Listing, the moderator may also disconnect everyone still left in the web conference room.

• Right click on any name
• In the pop-up box that appears, click on Disconnect All Users
• All names (other than moderator) will disappear
