Step 1- After saving any portion of the Public Text Chat to your computer, you may want to clear it. Here's how:
- From the Menu bar, click on Options
- Click on Text Chat
- Click on Clear

Step 2- Make sure to save it though if you have been keeping notes in the chat area, or if the presenter has given you information that you'd like to refer to later.

Step 3- Once it's been cleared as you see above, there is no way to recover it.
