Step 1 - At times, there could be a participant that is disrupting the class, or has obtained access without invitation. The moderator may choose to ban this person from the online class, meeting or webinar. This is done by right clicking on the user's name.
Step 2 - When the drop down box shown above appears, click on Ban User.
Step 3- In the event the moderator later wants to unblock the user:
- From the Menu bar, click on Administration
- Click on Show/Unblock banned users
Step 4- From this Pop-Up box, a list of any banned users will appear.
- Select the name to release from ban
- Click on Unblock
Please note that a user is banned from that computer only. They could re-enter the web conference room from another computer. Once "unbanned" they will be allowed to enter from the original computer again.
