Step 1- Moderator has the option to disallow any or all users from speaking in the room. There is more than one way to do this. This feature pertains to the Audio Mute Option, starting with individual users.
- Locate the name of the user in the list of Moderators & Participants
- Left click on the name to select

Step 2 - With name already selected:
- From the Menu bar, click on Administration
- Click on Audio Mute Selected User
|
|
|
Step 3a- In the event that a user's name was not yet selected, the error message above will appear.
|

|
Step 3b- After clicking on Audio Mute, the icon shown above will appear to the left of the user's name.
|
|
|
Step 4- The moderator may also choose this option from the User List Display by right clicking on the user's name.
|
|
|
Step 5- When the drop down box shown above appears, click on Audio Mute Selected User.
|

|
Step 6 - In the event the moderator wants to stop all users from speaking:
- From the Menu bar, click on Administration
- Click on Audio Mute All Users
- Everyone will see the icon as shown in Step 3b next to their names
|

Step 7 - Moderator may also choose to do this in the User List by right clicking on any name, and choosing Audio Mute All Users for the drop down menu.
